Toutix CRM for Claude

Ask Claude about your sponsors, partners, hospitality clients and suppliers, the people at them and the deals with them — and have Claude log notes, create tasks and keep deals up to date. Claude works as you, and only with what you allow.

Connect

You need a Toutix CRM account. Either way, you only sign in and choose what Claude may do.

  • From the CRM: Settings › Connected apps › Claude › Connect Claude. Claude opens; add Toutix CRM.
  • From Claude: Settings › Connectors, search for Toutix CRM, and connect.

Claude then brings you to Toutix CRM to sign in. If you belong to more than one workspace you pick one. Choose what Claude may do and select Allow.

What Claude can do

You choose one level, plus two optional switches:

View onlySearch, list, count and read contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, events, lists, saved views and dashboards.
View and addAlso create contacts, companies, deals, tasks and notes, attached to the records they belong to.
View, add and editAlso change existing contacts, companies, deals and tasks — move a deal's stage, mark a task done.
Email and calendarDraft and send email from your connected inbox, and add events to your calendar.
WorkflowsSee workflows and why a run failed. With add or edit, build and switch on automations — triggered by a record change, a button or a schedule — whose steps stay within the access above: no code, web requests or deleting, email and calendar steps only from your own mailbox with Email and calendar on, and changing or switching off an existing workflow only with edit. As when you build them in the CRM, an automation that starts on its own (a record change or a schedule) runs with the CRM's own permissions, so this switch is only offered to people whose role can already build workflows.

Through this connector Claude can never delete anything, or change fields, settings, members, roles or integrations. It only sees what your own role in the CRM lets you see, and the switches are only offered if your role has them. In Claude, reading runs without asking; anything that changes data asks you first.

Examples

  • “Which sponsorship deals are at proposal stage, and what are they worth?”
  • “Summarise everything we know about Harbourline Energy before my call.”
  • “Log a note on the Brightwater deal from this call, and add a task to chase the contract on Friday.”
  • “Move the executive box deal to Customer.”
  • “Draft a renewal email to Amira Okafor.”

Change or disconnect

In Toutix CRM, Settings › Connected apps › Claude shows what Claude may do. Change it there and it applies to Claude's next action. Disconnect stops Claude straight away. You can also remove the connector in Claude › Settings › Connectors.

Privacy

Toutix CRM is provided by TouTix LLC. This section covers the Claude connector and adds to the Toutix privacy policy.

  • What Claude receives: only the CRM data a tool returns when Claude calls it on your behalf — for example the deals it searched for or the record it opened — limited to what your role can see and what you allowed.
  • What we keep: your choice of access (level, switches and when you chose it), stored with your CRM user, until you disconnect. Records Claude creates or changes are saved in the CRM under your name, marked as made through an AI assistant.
  • What we don't keep: your conversations with Claude. Toutix doesn't receive them, and the connector doesn't store the requests or results it passes along.
  • Sign-in: you sign in to Toutix CRM, never to Claude with your CRM password. Claude receives a token that only works through this connector. Disconnecting cuts it off at once.
  • Third parties: data Claude receives is handled by Anthropic under your agreement with them. Toutix doesn't sell or share CRM data with anyone else through the connector.
  • Questions or requests: daniel@toutix.com.
